Description
A calcium supplement derived from cow's milk to help support health bones and teeth.
Directions
Adolescents 12-18 years: Take 2-3 capsules daily with meal.
Adults 19- 50 years: Take 2 capsules daily with meal.
Adults 51+ years, pregnant and breastfeeding women: Take 2-3 capsules daily with meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Capsules may be chewed for an easy to swallow option with a pleasant milk flavour.

Hydroxyapatite 550mg
Equiv. to calcium 160 mg
Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 6.25 µg
Menaquinone 7 (vitamin K2) 17.6 µg.
